What courier aggregator software actually does
A courier aggregator sits between sellers and courier companies. Sellers don't want five logins, five rate cards and five COD reports. They want one place to ship from. The aggregator negotiates or holds the courier accounts, adds its margin, and gives sellers a single dashboard.
The software is the whole business in practice. It has to pull live rates from every courier, pick the right one for each pincode, generate the AWB and label, follow the parcel until delivery, handle failed deliveries, collect cash-on-delivery money and pay it back to the seller, and bill everyone correctly. Doing that in spreadsheets works for twenty parcels a day. It breaks at two hundred.
Built for courier companies, not for a single shop
Most shipping tools are made for one seller. This one is made for the business in the middle: you sign up once, connect your own courier contracts, and then onboard as many merchants as your plan allows. Each merchant gets their own login on your website.
- Your own website on yourname.courieraggregator.com, or connect your own domain with free HTTPS
- Your logo, colours and company details on every page, label and invoice
- Your courier API keys for Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ekart, Shadowfax and Aramex
- Your rates: set a margin per courier, per zone or per merchant
- Your merchants: KYC, prepaid wallet, COD payouts, support tickets
Everything a merchant needs to ship
Your merchants see a clean panel with your brand on it. They don't see us.
- Rate calculator that compares every courier you've enabled for the pickup and delivery pincode
- Single and bulk booking (CSV), multi-box shipments and reverse pickups
- Shipping labels in A4 and thermal sizes, with the merchant's own logo
- Live tracking page for their customers, branded as you
- Orders pulled in from Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Zoho, Unicommerce, OpenCart and PrestaShop
- REST API and webhooks for merchants who want to connect their own systems
Everything you need to run the business
The admin panel is where you make money and keep control.
- Margins and pricing rules, coupons and offers
- Merchant CRM with KYC review, notes and account managers

- NDR handling for failed deliveries, with reattempt and RTO actions
- GST tax invoices under your GSTIN, receipts for every wallet recharge
- Online wallet recharge through your own Razorpay or Cashfree account
- Staff logins with roles: operations, accounts, support
How much it costs
Creating your account and setting everything up is free. Your website goes live for merchants once your first monthly plan is paid. Starter is ₹1,199 a month for up to 100 merchants and 3,000 shipments a month. Growth is ₹2,999 a month for up to 1,000 merchants and 25,000 shipments. Larger networks get Enterprise pricing with a white-label Android app.
There is no per-shipment fee from us. What you charge your merchants above your courier cost is yours.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own courier contracts?
Yes. You connect your own API accounts with each courier, so the commercial relationship and the rates are yours. You can start with one courier and add more later.
Can my merchants see that the software is from you?
No. Your website, emails, labels, tracking page and invoices carry your brand and your company details.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Point a CNAME record at your subdomain and the HTTPS certificate is issued automatically.
How do merchants pay me?
They recharge a prepaid wallet, either online through your own Razorpay or Cashfree account or by bank transfer or UPI that you confirm. Each booking is deducted from the wallet.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setting up is free; you pay the monthly plan when you're ready to go live.
