NDR and RTO

NDR management that cuts returns

A failed delivery attempt (NDR) left alone for two days usually becomes a return to origin (RTO). Your merchant pays shipping twice and loses the sale. Acting on NDRs the same day is the cheapest way to make merchants stay with you.

One queue for every failed delivery

Every NDR from every courier lands in one list with the courier's reason. Merchants see their own NDRs and can ask for a reattempt, update the address or phone number, or accept the return.

Fewer surprises at month end

RTO charges are applied according to your pricing rules and shown clearly on the merchant's statement, so there are no arguments about deductions later.

Frequently asked questions

Do NDRs update automatically?

Yes. Tracking is synced with each courier every 30 minutes, and NDR status changes appear without anyone refreshing.
