How connecting a courier works
Open Courier partners in your admin panel, choose the courier, and paste the keys the courier gave you. Start in test mode, book a few test shipments, then switch to live. Each courier can be switched on or off at any time.

An API for your merchants too
Merchants with their own website or ERP can book through your REST API with their own key, and receive status updates by webhook. You don't need to build anything for that either.
