Pricing guide

How much does courier aggregator software cost?

There are two ways to get the software: build your own or rent a white-label platform. The right answer depends on your volume and how much you want to spend before your first shipment.

Building your own

A proper aggregator platform has dozens of moving parts: courier APIs, rate engine, wallet, COD, invoices, tracking, store integrations, admin tools. Building it means hiring developers for many months and then paying to maintain it, because couriers change their APIs and sellers keep asking for features. It makes sense once you are shipping at very large volume and need something nobody else has.

Renting a white-label platform

You pay a monthly subscription and get the full platform under your brand straight away. Watch for per-shipment fees: some platforms charge a few rupees on every parcel, which grows painfully with volume.

Here, plans are a flat monthly fee: Starter at ₹1,199 a month (up to 100 merchants, 3,000 shipments a month) and Growth at ₹2,999 a month (up to 1,000 merchants, 25,000 shipments). There is no per-shipment fee. Larger networks get custom Enterprise pricing.

Costs that aren't the software

  • Courier security deposits or prepaid balances
  • Working capital for COD until couriers remit
  • Payment gateway fees on online wallet recharges
  • Staff for pickups, NDRs and support
