COD remittance and prepaid wallet, handled

Cash on delivery is still a huge share of Indian ecommerce orders, and it is where most small aggregators lose money and merchants. You need to know, for every delivered COD parcel, whether the courier has paid you and whether you have paid the merchant.

From delivered to paid out

Every delivered COD parcel shows up as money due to the merchant. Record the courier remittance, then pay the merchant by bank transfer with a UTR, or straight into their wallet if they prefer. Merchants see the same numbers you do.

Prepaid wallet for shipping charges

Merchants recharge a wallet and each booking is deducted from it, so you never chase shipping payments. Recharges can come through your own Razorpay or Cashfree account, or by bank transfer and UPI that you confirm in the admin panel. Every recharge gets a numbered receipt.

Clean books

Wallet statements, COD payouts and tax invoices are kept per merchant and can be downloaded at any time, which makes month-end and GST filing much easier for your accountant.

Frequently asked questions

Does the money pass through your account?

No. Online recharges go to your own payment gateway account and COD flows from the courier to you.

Can merchants ask for early COD?

Merchants can request a payout from their dashboard; you approve it and record the UTR.
