Courier Aggregatorby Dhatas

Guide

Choosing courier partners for your aggregator

Your merchants judge you by the worst delivery they get. Picking the right mix of couriers matters more than shaving a rupee off the rate card.

What to compare

  • Pincode coverage, especially the towns your merchants ship to most
  • COD availability and the remittance cycle
  • API reliability: booking, labels and tracking that just work
  • How weight disputes are handled and how fast
  • RTO charges and how quickly returns come back
  • A named account manager you can actually reach

A sensible starting mix

One large national network for reach, one premium courier for speed-sensitive parcels and documents, and one regional or value courier for cheap lanes. Add more as specific merchants need them.

Test before you commit

Run a few dozen real parcels on each courier before moving a merchant's full volume. In this platform each courier has a test mode, so you can check bookings and labels before going live.
