Shipping API integration for ecommerce

The more a seller grows, the less they want to copy orders by hand. Integration means orders flow from the store to the shipping panel, and tracking flows back, without anyone typing.

Three ways sellers connect

  • Store integration: connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Zoho, Unicommerce, OpenCart or PrestaShop and orders import automatically
  • CSV upload: export orders from any system and book them in bulk
  • REST API: the seller's own website or ERP books shipments directly

Webhooks for tracking

Instead of asking every few minutes, the seller's system can receive a webhook each time a shipment's status changes, so their own customer emails and order pages stay current.

What to give developers

  • An API key per merchant, with the ability to revoke it
  • Clear endpoints for rates, booking, tracking and cancellation
  • A test mode that doesn't book real parcels
  • Signed webhooks they can verify

Frequently asked questions

Do merchants need a developer for Shopify?

No. Store integrations connect from the merchant's dashboard. The REST API is for sellers with their own systems.
